What do I need to get started?
A smartphone and an email address. No POS system, no new hardware. QR scanning works immediately with your phone. NFC tags are optional.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The stamp card runs in the browser — like a website. No download, no account, no password. Those who want to can save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How long does setup take?
The first five minutes are enough for a complete program: name, stamp count, reward, colour. After that you’re live.
Can I run multiple programs at the same time?
Yes. A coffee card and a pastry card can run in parallel — each program has its own card, stamp count, and reward.
What happens if a customer loses their card?
The card link is the card. Anyone who saved their email address can recover the card by email. Anyone who didn’t can start fresh — or explain the situation and you stamp manually.
What data is stored about my customers?
As little as possible. Summa stores no purchase history, no location data, no browsing profile. Email is optional. All data is hosted on servers in Europe.
What does Summa cost?
